Group Sessions

  • Commitment level: Bi-weekly or monthly sessions available. Each session is 50-60 minutes.

  • Meeting Type: In-person or virtually (FaceTime, Zoom, etc.).

  • Average cost: $50-$75/person per session, sliding scale

Retreats

  • Who this is for: For anyone searching for a space to explore their spirituality in a shame-free environment in a focused and accelerated group setting.

  • Commitment level: Half-day or full-day options.

  • Meeting Type: In-person or virtual.

  • Average cost: TBA

  • Availability: While I am planning on hosting a few retreats in 2024, I also can consider invitations to be a retreat or event facilitator/speaker at your next gathering.

I hold a few spots knowing that other folks with more financial resources will pay above and beyond the sliding scale to make up the difference for those who cannot afford spiritual direction on the sliding scale.
